By providing this upgraded measure it will significantly decrease the homeowner's bills due to reduced heat loss. The new heating system will provide more efficiency through the upgraded boiler and better heat output. The combined Oil Heating Upgrade with heating controls, Cavity Wall Insulation, Triple Glazed Window and External Wall Insulation has resulted in heating cost savings of up to 80%. The Cavity Insulation was done with 60mm using expanded polyestyrine. A successful post BER Rating of B1 was achieved for this home.
